"Recruitment & Information Events" on my agenda this VFW Administrative Year (2025 - 2026) included "TRAIN DAY" on Sat., Sept. 20th; "FALL FESTIVAL AT MORGANS KITCHEN" on Sat., Sept. 27th; and "FALL Y'ALL FESTIVAL & CHILI COOKOFF" on Sat., Oct. 4th, 2025. VFW Post 6418 held an additional "Recruitment & Information Event" on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, in Living Memorial Park, Nitro, West Virginia, at "WAGGING TAILS CHILI COOKOFF" from 9 am to 6 pm. There will be other recruiting efforts throughout the VFW Administrative Year 2025-2026. Currently, VFW Post 6418 has 62 members. In 2015, we had 120. We're working to return to 100 by May 1st, 2026. Veterans, join us. Get involved, and together we'll make it happen.
