Moving Forward 2026 - Enhance our ability to serve. This is a meaningful objective.

There are multiple concrete steps we can take to boost our capacity to assist Veterans

and the community, emphasizing resources, outreach, and collaboration.

"THE MOVING WALL" will be hosted and displayed by VFW Post 6418 from June 25th to 29th, 2026, in St. Albans, West Virginia. The event is being organized in collaboration with partners such as the City of St. Albans, the Saint Albans Area Chamber of Commerce, the Charleston Area Alliance, and the Chamber of Commerce.

We’re currently applying for hundreds of grants and holding monthly committee meetings. The next VFW Post 6418 meeting is Thursday, Feb. 19, at 6 p.m., and we'd love to see you there! We'll be meeting even more often as this project picks up speed. A huge thank you to everyone helping out—we’re making great progress!
