The "four deuce" (or "four-duce") refers to the U.S. M2 4.2-inch (107 mm) heavy mortar. A "howtar" was a unique hybrid, created by mounting the M30 heavy mortar on the carriage of an M116 howitzer.  It will be going with our "new" 155mm Howitzer, which will be displayed in St. Albans, West Virginia, soon, brought to you by St. Albans VFW Post 6418 Veterans.
