NATIONAL VETERANS SERVICE ~ THE COUNTRY'S LARGEST FREE VA CLAIMS SERVICE
Last year, VFW-accredited service officers recovered $16.2 billion in earned VA benefits for veterans and their families, at no cost to anyone.
National Veterans Service (NVS) has helped secure what they earned for more than a century. The VFW operates the program. The VFW Foundation funds the training, technology, and infrastructure that keep it running and free to every veteran.
Fiscal Year 2026 delivered a milestone achievement: $18 billion in earned benefits recovered for America’s veterans. These funds went 100% directly to veterans and their families, strengthening financial security, healthcare access, and quality of life for those who sacrificed for our nation.
